Store Manager (Tile Africa Thohoyandou)

SUMMARY:
The role requires the incumbent to implement and deliver on the branch business plan derived from the regional business plan / strategy in order to meet and exceed business objectives and targets

POSITION INFO:

• Achieve and / or exceed regional operating profit (EBIT)
• Manage branch stock holding within budgeted and business plan parameters
• Develop and implement a branch people plan to employ, manage and develop staff in order to improve productivity and customer service
• Implement, maintain and comply with relevant legislation, company policies, Standard Operating procedures (SOP''s) and housekeeping standards
• Effectively manage daily branch operational realities and requirements
