SUMMARY:

A ladies fashion retailer is seeking to employ a passionate, driven and experienced Store Manager for their store based in Klerksdorp. 



JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Retain and grow the existing customer base by ensuring the delivery of the Customer Journey.
  • Ensure achievement of store / personal turnover targets by monitoring the selling techniques and turnover performance of all staff members and provide relevant constructive feedback on an on-going basis.
  • Ensure that store / personal new accounts submissions targets are achieved by monitoring the new account.
  • Ensure that the stock loss percentage is less than the store budget.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the seasonal VM Principles and guidelines contained in the Look book.
  • People management, ability to motivate and drive the team, discipline staff, train and develop as well as recruit and retain.
