Store Manager from Retail industry required for Jhb North based company

POSITION INFO:

Matric
Related Tertiary education advantageous
Must come from retail industry
Must be willing to work retail hours

Duties include:
Managing of supervisors and staff , staff training and coaching, meeting sales and stock loss budget, meeting profit targets, expense control, IR/HR resolutions, stock management and reconciliation of stock, merchandising standards, customer service, achieve wastage target, scheduling of overtime and shifts, manage wages and timesheets, invoicing, processing of orders, record keeping, fleet maintenance.
