Store Manager

SUMMARY:

A retailer based in Tablwview, Cape Town, are seeking to employ a well experienced Store Manager to drive the KPI's of the business with the outcome of maximising on sales and providing an exceptional customer service experience.

POSITION INFO:

• Generate sales to budget by ensuring wanted merchandise is on display and all staff provide customer service, product knowledge and sales skills
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Maintain the operational standard of the store by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing store operational policies and procedures and give training when required
• Reduce and manage stock loss and maintain security and OHASA standards
• Analysis of stock, sales and expenditure reports and manage daily store operations
• Train, develop and lead a successful and motivated team
• IR procedures
