Package: Basic Salary R45 000 P/M neg, 13th cheque, Performance Bonus, Medical aid contribution
- Oversee monthly payroll and disciplinary process.
- Identify areas of development for team and liaise with HR or Floor Managers to arrange relevant staff
- Investigate and correct negative stock in conjunction with Floor Managers
- Investigate and correct slow moving stock in conjunction with Floor Managers
- Waste, markdown and shrinkage analysis
- Manage expenses and costs
- Ensure stock is ordered and managed
- Oversee all departments with regards to production, packaging, temperature checks
- Develop and Implement strategies to meet GP targets across departments
- Monitor wastage and develop and implement methods to reduce wastage across departments
- Resolve customer complaints
- Two Floor Managers and a Receiving Manager reporting through to him.
- Start date ASAP.
Experience and qualifications
- 10 years retail experience
- General merchandise experience
- Staff management experience
- Relevant qualifications
- Computer literate
