Stock/Invoicing Clerk
Area: Laserpark, Honeydew
Package: - Basic Salary: R18 000 to R20 000 depending on experience; Medical Aid; Provident Fund; 13th Cheque; Performance Bonus
Purpose of the position: This position will focus on invoicing/stock and the successful candidate must have an understanding of the financial aspect. Candidates with debtors/creditors experience will be considered.
Duties:
- Daily Invoicing
- Processing of credit notes
- Invoice reconciliation
- Request stock for projects and installations
- Weekly stock recon
- Resolve stock variance
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant certificate/Diploma
- Minimum 2 years invoicing experience
- Minimum 2 years stock management experience
- ERP System experience
- Attention to detail
- Dead-line driven
- Ability to prioritise tasks
