Stock Holding Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our client in Midrand is seeking a proactive and organized Stock Holding Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and stock management.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Organize and manage stock, ensuring it is dispatched in an orderly and neat condition.
  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed according to procedures.
  • Maintain accurate stock movement records using the company’s computer systems.
  • Assist with stock counts and audits as required.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and controls.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse activities, stock movement, and controls.
  Requirements:
  
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail or stock movement environment.
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
  • Additional qualifications related to stock management are an advantage.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with warehouse teams and enforce standard procedures.
