Our national client within the FMCG FOOD environment, has a vacancy for an experienced STOCK CONTROLLER at their Marble Hall Plant.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 certificate essential, plus a tertiary qualification
Minimum of 3 years Inventory Control Management experience.
Advanced Computer literacy skills in MS Excel and Word

JOB DETAILS
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing of daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and ensure accurate reconciliations
- Investigate, address and resolve stock discrepancies
- Maintain critical stock levels and avoid obsolete / redundant products
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of excel stock management system
- Ensure frequent and accurate volumetric dimensions of all storage facilities
- Regular density tests on raw materials
- Maintain stock traceability
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Maintain prescribed FIFO policy
- Ensure quality specifications are met on products
- Overtime: Available to work after hours, to ensure timely delivery
- Manage subordinates
- Ensure that all legal and company standards are maintained
- ISO standards are implemented and maintained
