Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Stock Controller to join their team in Hazyview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Post-school Accountancy/ Finance Diploma or higher
  • Stock Control experience in a Hospitality Industry (3 Years)
  • In depth Knowledge of Food Cost Calculation
  • In depth Knowledge of Purchases to Revenue Calculation
  • Microsoft Package with Excel proficiency (essential)
  • 1 year Materials Control (Essential)
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Materials Control: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Purchase to Revenue Calculation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Food Cost Calculation: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Hotel Stock Control: 3 years (Preferred)
