If you are analytical, enjoy process development, problem solving and creating effective solutions to manage stock, Identifying risks or potential losses from point of entry to exit, then we would like to meet you.

• Great understanding of different products being distributed
• Oversee the standard processes to ensure appropriate presentation of stock

• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure consistent balance of stock and maintenance
• Improving the continuity of supply chain
• Designing, creating and managing of SOP’s for the warehouse to monitor the processes
• Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimising losses
• Providing of regular training on stock processes or systems
• Assisting operations with all warehouse related projects
• Assist auditors with stock requirements (financial year end)

• Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
• Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times, and reduced stock levels
• Regulation of in-stock level are in line with inventory
• Controlling of SOP’s

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric
• Diploma/ Degree in relevant field or equivalent
• Mid-Level experience with Microsoft package (Excel & Word)
• 3-5 years proven work experience as a Stock Controller/ Stock Administrator (or similar role)
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain management and inventory management
