Job Position: Stock Controller

Location: Port Elizabeth
Salary: R21 000 per month per month commensurate with experience and qualification
Qualifications / Requirements:
Matric
Diploma in Logistics / Warehouse Management highly advantageous
Minimum of 2 years experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment
Key Performance Areas:
Control the movement of all stock from the point of receiving to storage
Monitor all activities, processes and functions within the Receiving Department
Liaise with Procurement Department with regards to queries received and follow up on responses
Monitor and follow up with suppliers on credit returns
Monitor the booking out of stock by raising claims with suppliers, Representatives or agencies
Oversee and coordinate the weekly / annual stock take activities
Investigate stock discrepancies
Responsible for conducting performance appraisals with subordinates on an annual basis
Responsible for the training and development of staff
Complete any human resources related documentation and submit for record keeping
Responsible for holding operational meetings as and when required
