Stock Controller

SUMMARY:
Looking for an experienced Stock Controller to join an exciting team.

POSITION INFO:

My Client based in Paarden Eiland is looking for a stock controller to join there team.

Responsible for but not limited to Receiving of Goods and Finished Goods

Communicating stock availability

Managing the placement of stock in the correct area and organizing and controlling put away to ensure stock is traceable easily accessed and identified.

Managing cycle counts and managing minimum levels

Daily Stock counts and reporting 

The candidate must have a sense of ownership and be physically active as the position requires alot of "hand on" approach.

Minimum Requirements

Own Transport

Matric with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects, preferability someone with a diploma in store control/ logistics management.

2 years minimum experience in with stock/warehouse control

Experience in use of stock control systems

Management of at least 2 staff members

Must have an analytical approach and a internal drive and be able to repeat same tasks consistently on a daily basis.

Will be required to work weekends and be contactable at all times.
