The Stock Controller will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and optimizing stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

• Matric
• Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in stock control

• Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing stock
• Coordinate with management and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to reconcile physical stock with system records
• Identify discrepancies or variances in stock levels and investigate root causes
• Implement and maintain efficient stock control procedures to minimize shrinkage and losses
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and make recommendations for optimizing stock levels
• Generate reports on stock levels, movement, and trends for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan stock replenishment accordingly
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to stock management and control
