SUMMARY:
Stock Controller – Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Stock Controller needed for busy wholesale company involved in the sale of stone slabs for countertops.

ØThis is a supervisory position which needs the applicant to be able to write reports, do stocktake and think logically.
ØNeeds to be able to use a tape measure correctly to take measurements.
ØNeeds to be able to drive a forklift and know how to handle stone safely.
ØDue to the health and safety protocols, the taking of marijuana or alcohol before work is not allowed at any time.
ØExperience in running a stock yard is essential.
ØExperience in handling granite, stone and quartz slabs is a great advantage.

 

Experience:

ØStock taking: 2 years (Required)
ØWarehouse: 2 years (Required)

 

License/Certification: 

ØForklift licence (Preferred)
