Stock Checking Assistant

SUMMARY:
Leading online retailer in SA is looking for a sales-minded person who can confirm stock availability with suppliers for customers in order to convert leads into sales. Telephone skills and manners are of absolute importance. Someone who is looking to grow into a sales position once they have enough experience.

POSITION INFO:

·        Calling Suppliers

·        Confirming stock availability

·        Confirming cost price

·        Sending emails to confirm the above with customers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

·         Matric certificate with good marks for English and Afrikaans

·         Tertiary diploma/Degree advantageous

·         Strong telephone skills with a high level of English and Afrikaans

·         Strong reference from previous employer

·         Intermediate Excel knowledge

·         Basic computer skills (Email/Word/Excel)
