SUMMARY:
Statutory & Compliance Officer

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

To handle all administrative tasks in relation to Company Secretarial matters
Assist with all related new store opening processes
Registering new companies with CIPC
Submitting annual returns to CIPC
Undertaking director changes
Issuing share certificates
Preparing minutes and resolutions
Other statutory related matters

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of two years experience in a Company Secretarial environment
Certificate or training in Company Secretarial related matters advantageous
Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
Experience on Greatsoft and/or Accfin advantageous
Good knowledge of the Companies Act
