Our client is looking for a dynamic, high-performing administrator, with great attention to detail and follows through, and with a specific focus on stakeholder satisfaction, to join the Stakeholder Management Team.

Qualifications:

  • NQF Level 6 Diploma / Advance certificate in or Office Administration/Project Management 

Experience:

  • Office Administration and Project Administration - 2 years
  • Information Technology (Operational) - 2 years
  • Credit and Risk Industry (Operational) - 1 year 

Computer Literacy:

Duties:

  • Arrange and organize meetings, including relevant documentation, logistical and refreshments, perform minute-taking duties during meetings and prepare minutes, matters arising activity log and decision log and distribution thereof.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, support, and execute project management administrative processes, and functions and produce relevant documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person. This includes mailbox management.
  • Monitor and manage unresolved/overdue Freshdesk ticket resolution timelines and escalate to Team Leads or Unit Managers as relevant.
  • Extract and provide PowerBI reports and graphs for monitoring and measuring metrics reporting to governance structures and informing the work of the Stakeholder team.
  • Produce consolidation reports and any other monthly or quarterly reports, logs or updates required.
  • Update and manage the policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs) revision schedule for the Unit and identify any changes that impacted an earlier revision than scheduled.
  • Provide support to and report on various projects across different units within the Association.
  • Adhere to, and ensure compliance with Constitution, relevant policies, SOPs, and contractual obligations and with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines as issued by Authority.
