SUMMARY:
A  company in Hillcrest is looking for a Liaison / Coordinator to ensure that the organisation is able to maintain and build positive and sustainable relationships with internal and external Stakeholders.
To proactively and strategically identify, engage and manage Stakeholders relevant to the organisation’s strategic objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three Year Diploma in Communications / Public Relations or Relevant equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate in Project Management will be an added advantage
  • Unendorsed Code 08 / B Driver’s License
  • Three years’ well-versed customer liaison, stakeholder engagement / management experience.
  • Experience in identifying new stakeholders and diverse groups that have potential to emerge as stakeholders.
  • Exposure to and understanding of the end-to-end publishing environment.
Job Responsibilities: (Duties not limited to):
  1. Contribute to the Stakeholder Management Strategy
  2. Manage Stakeholder Contractual Agreements
  3. Corporate Social Investments
  4. Ensure internal controls for compliance to legislation, policies and procedures
  5. Perform general functional management and administrative activities.
