Qualifications:

• Trade Test
• Knowledge of principles and processes of welding stainless steel
• Grinding and finishing of stainless steel to specific standards.
• Use of power tools such as grinder, drill, polisher, belt sander, etc.
• Blueprint reading and layout practices
• Use of common measuring tools
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to setup and troubleshoot common welding equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Essential Job Tasks

• Demonstrate high proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in grinding and finishing to very specific and high-quality standards.
• Follow all quality control procedures 
• Maintain a positive attitude and good communication with other fabricators, team leaders, and supervisors.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to manage time and prepare for jobs tasks to maintain and efficient workstation
