POSITION INFO:

SALES CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY - Market Related CTC. This role has a very attractive commission structure with a territory that is established.

DURBAN

• Spine Division
• Able to scrub up in Theatre and be part of the surgical team (gown and glove), with particular focus on Spine.
• Only experienced experienced Orthopaedic Theatre Based Sales People will be considered.
• Attending and scrubbing Spine Theatre cases
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Manage consignment stock
• Well presented
• Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
• Follow instructions and be a good team member
• Training Theatre staff
• Requesting correct products
• Assisting with consignment stock checks
• Weekly reports
• Providing feedback requested by management
• Reporting complaints/problems encountered

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience selling spine or other orthopaedic products in a theatre environment
• Qualified Theatre Scrub Technician would be an advantage however individuals should have a strong sales background
• Must have own transportation
• Must have own mobile device
• Able to work early and late hours when required.
