Our client is a multinational organisation, specialsing in the sale of Luxury Kitchen and Bathroom products.

Description

Deliver assigned sales target for the territory.
➢ Manage and expand retail presence in the territory.
➢ Maintain and Develop relationships with Key Accounts.
➢ Building and categorization of architect and specifiers database.
➢ Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards through distributors.
➢ Sales Trainings and Workshops for distributor sales associates.
➢ Building and maintaining relationships with the top A&D firms as defined

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Business:-
➢ Market mapping which includes project mapping and competition mapping- distribution network, pricings, and
marketing activities.
➢ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects for sales options. Preparing of quotations following enquiry
from customers.
➢ Ensure specification of products in all key projects.

Retail Business:-
➢ Follow the defined strategies for existing distributors and for retail network in defined territories.
➢ Ensuring product displays in showroom as per organization guidelines.
➢ Implementation of sales trainings to shop floor associates.
➢ Monitor stock levels with distributors and follow norms of stock forecasting, availability and control.

Other:-
➢ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending
new opportunities; recommending service improvements.

Profile

Qualification and Experience required:

• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing Management
• Mandatory experience of at least 10 years in Sales and Business Development with following set of skills.
• Lead Generation from existing and new accounts
• Experience in monitoring distributors and dealing with specifiers
• Key Account Management and Distributor Management skills
• Specific segment knowledge of industry (sanitary ware products)
• Maintain relationship with Architects and Distributors
