SUMMARY:
A Data Engineer is needed to provide information to be used in a wide range of Human Resource decisions such as job evaluation, recruitment and selection, performance management, succession management, and training and development.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate:

To ensure BI/Big Data Analytics capabilities are developed and enhanced and operational support provided with meeting SLAs and OLAs. The role is also responsible for key operational tasks including upgrades/maintenance and testing of various policies to ensure the correct coverage of said policies. The role is also to build, implement and test new Analytical systems/capabilities on an as-needed project basis to meet business requirements.

1	Develop data integration (ETL, real-time integrations) for BI/Big Data Analytics data warehouse/data lakes and reporting tools	Zero incidents in production due to code developed 100% traceability to business requirements
2	Develop code, data structures, data transformation within BI Data Warehouses/Big Data Analytics and Data Lakes and reporting tools	Zero defects in production 100% traceability to business requirements
3	Implement Data Models aligned to Enterprise/BI Logical Data Model repository	100% Alignment to defined data models
4	Meta Data Management within BI Data Warehouse/Big Data Analytics, Data Lakes and Integrations	Alignment to industry reference standards and central repository
5	Unit test, integration test and user acceptance test of developed functionality	Zero defects
