POSITION INFO:

A company in the automotive industry, based in Kyalami would like to employ a Spanish Customer Service Agent. This is a new position.

Minimum requirements:

Reside close to Kyalami
Fluent Spanish and English
Customer service/sales experience

Main duties:

Website chats
Assisting team members as required
Professional and empathetic client services
Following up and generating of sales leads, including upselling
Resolving customer complaints
Record keeping of client communication
Warranty claims

Working hours: 7h30 to 17h00

Salary: R 10 000 to R----- per month, negotiable. Provident fund.
