Spa Receptionist

A prestigious spa situated in this renowned 5* hotel wishes to appoint a Spa Receptionist to attend to reception duties and welcome all guests visiting the spa.

Requirements:

• SA Citizen
• Matric or Equivalent qualification
• One of the following qualifications will be advantageous but not essential:  CIDESCO, ITEC or SAAHSP
• Previous experience in a reception role preferably within a spa and/or hospitality
• Good communications skills
• Computer literate
• Knowledge about human anatomy, body types, muscles and joints as well as various massages and oils advantageous
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Genuine interest and passion for wellness and body therapy
