The Capital 15 on Orange is recruiting a Spa Butler for our brand-new upmarket Spa – based in Gardens, Cape Town.

Description:
This will be a unique role focusing on high level of Guest Service as well as Food and Beverage silver tray service. The successful candidate will preferably have either high-level food and beverage service experience or Cabin Crew experience, ideally first class. You will be part of opening team and your experience and input will form part of the service delivery offered in the Spa.

Requirements

Hands on Problem Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Food and Beverage Service experience and knowledge
Silver Service/Butler Service experience advantageous
Cabin Crew experience advantageous
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
High level guest service focused
Effective communication with members of staff as well as Guests
Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
Great attention to detail
Presentable and well spoken
Team Player who leads by example
Proactive in approach
Interpersonal skills
Leadership skills
