An award winning luxury Game Lodge in Sabi Sands is looking for a Sous Chef (Senior Chef). The Senior Chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen and will involve a large degree of employee management as well as acting as Head Chef in the Head Chef''s absence and ensuring that the kitchen run in the same professional manner.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Qualification from a reputable culinary institution

5 Years Hospitality experience, with at least 3 years Senior / Sous Chef experience in a 5* environment

Quick innovative thinker with great people skills

Excellent language and communication skills
