POSITION INFO:

Established Restaurant in Kempton Park has a Chef / Restaurant Management position available. Looking for individuals with 6+ years relevant chef & Restaurant management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to run a kitchen operation as well as the front of house. Looking for someone who is skilled in stock management, variances and food cost reporting. The ideal candidate will have good staff management and customer relations skills. Applicants must be able to create and cost new menu dishes and specials. Will be expected to manage the front of house once daily kitchen set up is completed. Salary R 13000 - 16000 K.
