Do you have 2+ yrs exp as a Sous Chef exp …. Specialising in Pastry? You have exp in running the Kitchen in Head Chef’s absence . You enjoy preparing decadent desserts, whilst keeping your station clean! You are an expert in being a Pastry Sous …! Then we want you in our Team

When can we expect you?

Must have:

  • 2-5 years’ exp as a Pastry Sous
  • guest oriented and service minded
  • have a passion for pastries
  • clean on self & on your kitchen
  • Tertiary qualification in a Culinary science or related certificate

Must be

  • Able to cover all areas in the kitchen
  • Take responsibility in absence of Head Chef
  • Preparing desserts, such as crème bule, chocolat4e mouse, etc
  • Responsible, Self-Disciplined, Reliable & Hardworking
  • Able to work shifts
