A busy Boutique Hotel Conference and wedding property is looking for a Sous Chef (2IC) to join the team. The position is avavilable due to internal promotion.
We are looking for a candidate from a 4/5 Star until. You must have a minium of 3 years experience within a similar role. Culinary diploma and matric essentail.
All candidates will be required to do a cook off and trial shift.
