SUMMARY:
On the lookout for a Solutions Salesperson that will be responsible for proactively seeking out new clients in commerce and e-commerce and retaining existing clients through excellent solution delivery and service.

POSITION INFO:

Acquiring and developing new customers and ensuring retention of existing customers
Achieving Individual targets (revenue, margins, and costs)
Contributing to team targets collaboratively
Maintaining excellent customer service for which Lightstone is known
Becoming expertly familiar with relevant products and services
Drafting and delivering high-quality proposals and presentations
Managing overall responsibility of your account base
Interpreting the key features and benefits of these solutions in line with the client''s priorities, and using your knowledge of the base capabilities to describe customised approaches to solving the client’s business issues Developing and managing customer account plans
Reviewing all professional solutions and documentation sent to your clients
Sales Administration and other duties that may be assigned from time to time-based upon the requirements of the organization

Qualifications:

• Appropriate tertiary education – degree-educated
• Knowledge of geo-spatial technologies will be advantageous
• Valid drivers’ license and own reliable transport
• Mid-level candidate who would like to grow into the role of a senior solution with key account management responsibilities
