SUMMARY:

Our client, an esteemed retail company with their head offices based in Cape Town is on the prowl for a Solutions Architect to Support and govern WFS Enterprise Solutions Architecture in accordance with the WW EA strategy on a 12 month contract 

POSITION INFO:

Job Specification

• Provide input to the WFS Enterprise Architecture based on business strategy.
  • Proactively identify business risks and mitigations based on the WW IT Enterprise Architecture principles and guidelines

• Proactively define and support the WFS architecture landscape in partnership with the WFS /WW Domain architects to ensure governance is adhered to.

• Proactively identify, mobilise and deliver IT opportunities for continuous improvements, as input to the IT Operating Plan
• Contribute to the development of IT Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Contribute to develop and maintain components of the IT Enterprise Architecture functions of Architecture Governance, IT Portfolio Planning, Business Enablement and Functional Management
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders across WFS/WW IT
• Collaborate with WW/WFS IT counterparts from Project Management, Technical Management to deliver solutions architecture for strategic projects and operating plan initiatives impacting WFS/WW.
• Lead and Support WFS project solution requirements by ensuring engagement and alignment across WW and WFS IT Landscape
• Actively participate in, and promote a working group culture across WW IT Enterprise Architecture function and WFS
