vMCSE / MCSA certification desirable
vVCP-DCV certification desirable
vPublic cloud (AWS or Azure) technologies experience and certification desirable
vCisco CCNA certification or equivalent experience required
vFirewalling and security experience desirable
vCitrix XenApp/XenDesktop/Netscaler experience desirable
vIdentity and Access Management experience (Microsoft MFA, Duo, Okta) desirable
vFujitsu, HP, Cisco, Dell & Citrix hardware and software and storage technologies desirable
vProficient in a language other than English advantageous
What WE require from YOU:
v2+ years'' presales, solution design or operational experience within a MSP or VAR.
v5+ years'' experience in network hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
vIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 implementation, system administration, troubleshooting, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
vGood all-round knowledge of on-premises, cloud and hybrid designs.
vDemonstrable knowledge and experience across the following:
vCloud solutions covering IaaS, BaaS, DRaaS and SaaS, including Office365 and Azure mainly, but an understanding of AWS and GCP is beneficial.
vModern device management solution and service design including image management, application packaging and deployment and user endpoint management (such as Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, GPO, SCCM, MDS/WDT).
vManaged endpoint Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) solutions.
vUnderstanding and exposure of the following is beneficial.
vOn-premises solutions covering firewalls, networking, servers, storage (SAN, NAS, DAS and hyperconverged), WiFi, backup and DR (Business Continuity).
vHybrid solutions covering connectivity (such as SASE, ExpressRoute, and MPLS), MFA (such NPS and DUO) as well as Identity Providers (such as Okta and Active Directory/Azure) is beneficial.
vEnd point management (MDM and MAM) from vendors such as MobileIron, VMware, Citrix and Microsoft is beneficial.
vExcellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and under remote management.
vExperience of writing quality proposals and high-level designs essential.
Related responsibilities typically include the following:
vProducing design documentation (HLD, LLD, SOW) and detailed technical proposals.
vPresales discovery, fixed-scope pricing and solution design and scoping across the managed services portfolio; Datacentre, Endpoint and Security (IaaS, DRaaS, BaaS, PCaaS, DaaS, Managed Endpoint, Office 365 and Service Desk).
vActing as the technical authority on all managed service opportunities, RFP''s and bid reviews.
vActing as the technical service authority, oversee the transition from sales into operational delivery and ongoing support while supporting Sales and Account Managers in the sale cycle.
vLeveraging MSP operational expertise and ITIL service management experience, contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives to drive support operational efficiency.
vContributing to the design of new managed services and refinement of the existing services portfolio.
