Solid Edge Design Engineer

SUMMARY:
The Solid Edge Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, modeling, and developing mechanical components and assemblies using Solid Edge 3D CAD software. The role ensures that all designs are technically accurate, manufacturable, and meet quality standards.

POSITION INFO:

• Develop 3D models and assemblies using Solid Edge, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design requirements.

• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and detailed specifications for manufacturing.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and optimization.

• Conduct design simulations and revisions to improve product performance and reliability.

• Maintain design documentation and adhere to company engineering standards.

• Provide technical support during manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.

• Stay updated with latest CAD technologies, design trends, and manufacturing methods.

• Experience in product development and R&D projects.

• Familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

• Exposure to simulation tools for stress analysis or motion studies.
