A Salon & Spa Software Development Company is looking to hire a young, vibrant and energetic software support consultant to join their team.
Work remotely but also check in to their offices once a week, based in Benoni, Johannesburg.
English and Afrikaans speaking. Basic Salary R8000.00 plus commission.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description:

Answer software support queries over the phone
Providing Software support to clients remotely
Following process to note issues and raise for development
Testing software to ensure all functionality is working
Installing of the Software on client machines
Providing Training to clients on the Software

Competencies Required:

Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Afrikaans
Solid understanding of systems and software
Solid knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Accurate Data Capturing Skills
Knowledge of software SDLC will be advantageous
Knowledge of the Atlassian product suite will be advantageous
Adhering to process (Completing checklists, making notes on clients etc.)

Candidate Requirements:

Must be able to work independent with little supervision
Must have Matric average above 50% with Maths
Excellent time management skills
Good telephone manners
Able to handle challenging situations managing client expectations
Proven Track Record
Must be hardworking
Must be willing to learn new technology and understand how business requirements relates to systems
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends from time-to-time
Willing to work with an experienced team
