SUMMARY:
Support Analyst required to join a software company based in Aberdeen.
POSITION INFO:
The Company
They are headquartered up in Aberdeen, however this can also be remote for the right person. The business creates a very specific type of software in the food and drink industry and are the market leader in their field. They currently have a team of 12 across the software function and are looking to add a Software Support Analyst, purely down to growth of the business.
The business has a global reach and have continued to gain recognition. They have sites across North and South America, Europe and the Caribbean.
On top of the salary, you can also expect to receive a discretionary bonus and healthy overall benefits package.
The Role
This role offers a lot of variety and the day-to-day responsibilities are cycled between the team. In this role, you will take responsibility for the customer support calls in line with SLAs and will be working very closely alongside a close-knit software team. Ideally, you''ll be based in Aberdeen but they are flexible on home working too.
Within the role, you''ll help to deploy software updates, document changes and test bug fixes. There will be plenty of training to get you up to speed on their bespoke products too.
This position is well suited to those starting out in their career and have a wee bit prior experience in either an Application Support, Software Support or IT Support role.
Requirements
** Experience within a customer focused role
** A passion for diagnosing issues and seeing requests through to completion
** Some experience of ticketing and CRM systems would be a plus!
** A degree in an IT related subject would be good but by no means a dealbreaker
