The software engineer will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and upgrading the Xemote Cloud Platform, with an initial focus on Dashboard and cross-platform Mobile Application development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ownership, multitasking, and have proficiency in technologies such as C#, C/C++, .NET, SQL Server, JS, React Native, and more. Education:

• Preferred: BEng Computer/Electronic Engineering or BSc. Computer Science

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience with a microservice cloud architecture.
• Experience with mobile app development.
• Experience with web app development.
• Experience with real-time back-end systems.
• Coordinate support activities.
• Experience in Javascript, C/C++, HTML / CSS, C#, ASP.NET and REST API's.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Experience in working with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Proficient understanding of object notation, JSON.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, i.e. GIT.
• Proficient understanding of OOP.
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
