SUMMARY:
Our client is a specialist in mine-shaft infrastructure and related equipment. Currently they have an opportunity for a Software Electrical Engineer to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience:

2-3 Years’ experience in mine winder equipment (advantage)
Design of electrical sub-assemblies
BEng / BTech Electrical Engineering

Skills Required:

Thorough understanding of protection and control systems
Specifying / testing working knowledge of:

Low voltage distribution and PLC-based control systems
Configuration of distributed PLC I/O systems and visualisation interface
Quality management system, internal and external

Responsibilities:

Detailed software design for PLC’s, HMI’s and other high level programmable devices
