Software Developer

Fast-growing high-technology company seeks to employ an innovative Software Developer at their offices in Stellenbosch. Background in any of the following 3 categories: Enterprise Resource Management, Edge Computing, Cloud Computing.

For the position you would be required to have:

• B.Sc in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
• 2 -4 years' software development experience
• Experience in some of the following:Vue, Javascript, Rust, .Net, Python, Docker, PostGres, MSSQL, Firebase, Reddis, s3, Git, React

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Determining operational practicality
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Training users
