• Participate in every stage of the development lifecycle: feature conception, design, implementation, testing, rollout, and ensuring smooth, secure production operation.
• Bring a business mindset and continuously look for ways to improve applications through strategic development.
• Follow and enhance development practices across all stages.
• Tackle challenges related to processing highly sensitive data.
• Manage cutting-edge technologies to optimise application performance.
• Participate in conferences and educational programs to stay updated on industry trends.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on best practices, code quality, and tech frameworks.
• Perform quality assurance checks and testing prior to production launch.

• Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a relevant discipline (or proven skills).
• Passionate about software development with experience in web frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and pride in delivering quality work.
• Strong interpersonal skills: trustworthy, motivated, and able to communicate effectively.
