SUMMARY:
Assist and engage the Facilities Manager in the management and monitoring of all aspects related to Soft Services, e.g., Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control, Consumables and Hygiene Equipment, etc. The management of the portfolio and inspection of work to ensure that quality standards are maintained or improved forms also part of the responsibilities

POSITION INFO:
• Assisting the Campus Lead in all soft services aspects of site facilities.
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage resources and operations as required.
• Organise and control service teams to ensure work is carried out timeously
• Work with procurement to source best value and look for opportunities to implement cost savings
• Stock control and management
• Assist the Campus Lead with managing and effective controlling of the scheduled work program for soft services activities.
• Assist and monitor all contracted services and vendor suppliers, obtaining quotations, and prepares work orders, complete associated orders and invoices submissions
• Co-ordinate works with Campus Lead to supervise soft services employees to insure maximum performance and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Assist the Campus Lead by preparing back-up information for operational reports.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned by Campus Lead.
• To undertake any other duties as may be required by the level of the post, and as required by the Head of Facilities and Campus Lead.
• The post holder will ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
