JOB DESCRIPTION:

A well-established company based in Cape Town CBD is looking to employ an experienced Soft Services Lead to join their organisation. Suitable candidates will need to meet the below requirements

5 - 8 years experience within a Soft Services Lead role or similar
Ability to maintain a concierge approach to service delivery
Ability to deal with conflict resolution
Management of soft services including: canteen, waste, cleaning, hygiene, pest control, indoor plants & garden/landscape maintenance
Strength in catering / canteen management
