An Appliance Supplier based in Midrand is looking for a someone with a Technical Qualification with Key Account Management and Service Delivery experience to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Technical Diploma or Degree required (Non-Negotiable)
  • 2+ Years Key Account Management experience required (Non-Negotiable)
  • 2+ Years Sales and Service Delivery Experience (Non-Negotiable)
  • Must be willing to travel Internationally into Sub-Saharan Africa
  • Living in and around Midrand

Responsibilities/ Duties:
  • Retention of International Key Accounts
  • Provide Technical Service Advice on products
  • Strive towards achieving relevant commercial targets set by the company
  • Manage/ grow the company's Customer Service business in SSA region
  • Customer Service Strategy
  • Business Planning
  • Export development and service
