An Appliance Supplier based in Midrand is looking for a someone with a Technical Qualification with Key Account Management and Service Delivery experience to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Technical Diploma or Degree required (Non-Negotiable)
2+ Years Key Account Management experience required (Non-Negotiable)
2+ Years Sales and Service Delivery Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Must be willing to travel Internationally into Sub-Saharan Africa
Living in and around Midrand

Responsibilities/ Duties:

Retention of International Key Accounts
Provide Technical Service Advice on products
Strive towards achieving relevant commercial targets set by the company
Manage/ grow the company''s Customer Service business in SSA region
Customer Service Strategy
Business Planning
Export development and service
