A large automotive company is seeking for an HR Coordinator with a auto-background to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the Skills Development Facilitation and Enterprise Development Programme.

Minutes of board meetings, minutes of exco meetings. Minutes of meetings.

Reports to:

HR Manager

Internal Team Interaction:

(Information, support, advice):

All employees and Managers

Key Areas:

Accurate typing skills

Excellent English grammar

Speed writing

Well spoken

Assertive

Confident

Self-motivated

Well presented

Key Performance Areas:

Co-ordination of Skills Development

Co-ordination – Chief Assistant to the HR Manager

Plan and Organise Boardrooms for scheduled meetings

Ensure the venue has the necessary equipment e.g. projector, laptop, flipchart

Full understanding of the following:-

Understanding all detail around skills development Act
POPI Act
Enterprise development

Minimum Qualifications to Perform Role:

Strong MS Office skills (Word. Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent English grammar
Experienced in taking minutes
Speed Typing
Speed writing
Experience in typing reports / board Packs / minutes of meeting etc
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent personality.
