Skills Development Facilitator

Main Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for the Skills Development Facilitation and Enterprise Development Programme.

Minutes of board meetings, minutes of exco meetings. Minutes of meetings.

Reports to:

HR Manager

Key Performance Areas:

• Co-ordination of Skills Development

Co-ordination – Chief Assistant to the HR Manager

Plan and Organise Boardrooms for scheduled meetings

• Ensure the venue has the necessary equipment e.g. projector, laptop, flipchart

Full understanding of the following:-

• Understanding all detail around skills development Act
• POPI Act
• Enterprise development

Minimum Qualifications to Perform Role:

• Strong MS Office skills (Word. Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent English grammar
• Experienced in taking minutes
• Speed Typing
• Speed writing
• Experience in typing reports / board Packs / minutes of meeting etc
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent personality.
