SUMMARY:
Site Supervisor wanted to assist in the Northern Suburbs.

POSITION INFO:

We are urgently looking for a site supervisor to join our team in the Northern Suburbs area.

This position will entail managing a large Workforce on a daily basis.

Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to.

Managing current staff and recruiting new staff.

Managing disciplinary procedures.

Managing back up pools.

Completing all contractual paperwork.

Weekly and Monthly payroll.

Minimum Requirements

Matric

3 years working in a similiar field.

Good understanding of Labour Laws.

Good administration skills.

Excellent critical thinking.

Good Communication Skills both reading and writing.

Computer literate on Microsoft Office.

Able to manage large workforce

Able to handle pressure

Manage customer relations

Driven and motivated
