Site Manager (Umhlanga North)

SUMMARY:
The Site Manager will report to the Key Accounts Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the Job:

The Site Manager will report to the Key Accounts Manager. The primary responsibility of the Site Manager is to ensure effective and efficient security operations of the Site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enforce the company disciplinary ‘Code of Conduct’
• Ensure efficient and effective day – to – day management of Site Security Personnel
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the allocated Operations team
• Establish a relationship with the Client, whereby the Site Manager becomes intimately familiar with the operational requirements of the Client
• Ensures that all operational personnel are operating their duties according to the Site Job Description
• Lead and manage the on-site training and recruitment functions of Operation personnel to ensure that the contracts operational needs are met
• Attend weekly/monthly Client meetings and provide operational solutions that are Site specific to the client for consideration, so as to ensue excellent service delivery
• Investigate on-site allegations and report on findings accordingly
• Handle and resolve Staff and Client complaints
• Perform site surveys and compile reports pertaining thereto
• Provide administration support

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certified
• PSIRA Grade A Registered
• Firearm Competency
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• Driver’s License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle
• Risk Assessment and Site Survey experience
• 3 to 5 years of direct Management experience in the Security Industry
• Security Management Qualification will be advantageous
• First Aid Certification
• 3 years of direct Technology experience
