Opportunity for Site Manager Paarl

POSITION INFO:

Our client a large building contractor requires a site manager with at least 8 years experience and strong exposure on luxury residential homes. Applicants should have capacity to manage at least 3 homes in the R4 million range at one time .

Duties / requirements

• Site staff and subcontractor management on site.
• Prepare progress reports
• Programming works
• Labour and plant resource control.
• Quality control
• Setting out and level outset.
• Record employee (working hours) attendance.
• Material requisitions and stock control.
• Follow and adhere to construction program.
• Site administration and filing.
• Ensure that production and quality objectives and targets are being met.
• Work and plan jointly with the rest of the site supervisory staff.
• Minimise unnecessary costs and maximise resource utilisation.
• Build strong Client relationship.
• Report all defects or possible problem areas immediately to direct senior.
