SUMMARY:
Site Manager required for a Warehouse project in the Atlantis area of Cape Town, West Coast

POSITION INFO:

Desired experience that our client is looking for include the following:

A formal building degree or diploma is preferred.
Must have experience building concrete surface beds
10+ years experience gained on site with the construction of Industrial construction projects is essential.
This position reports to a Senior Contracts Manager
This position is responsible to manage and supervise all scope of works on site
Must have a solid track record of working with subbies and maintaining excellent sub contractor relationships.
MS Project experience shall be an advantage as you shall be given a programme of works to follow and to maintain by the Senior Contracts Manager who is based at Head Office.

Our Client was established in 2010. Being a Western Cape based company focusing on commercial and industrial construction projects in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.

A limited duration contract of employment shall be given to the right Applicant for a period of 7 months starting end March 2021
