SUMMARY:
Site Manager starting June 2021

POSITION INFO:

Education requirements:

Must have a building degree or diploma
Must be skilled with the JBCC contract

Duties:

Monitoring the Construction Programme and quality on site
Ordering material and managing sub-contractors
Managing brickwork
Manage Finishing work
Manage wet trades

Experience required:

8 years Commercial or Industrial building project experience.
Construction of Wharehouses or Taxi Ranks shall be preferred

More information:

Our Client is a Building Contractor who shall be working on a Taxi Rank refurbishment project.
This position is available as from June 2021 subject to an award
