JOB DESCRIPTION:

Site Manager – Cape Town CBD - R45,000 - R50,000 per month (Negotiable) + cell phone & company vehicle

Experienced construction/site manager for a well-established property developer. Must have min 6 years’ HANDS ON experience on new developments and renovations.

Must be able to manage:

– Cost estimates
– Liaise with consultants
– Projects on time and within budget
– Contractors and materials
– Compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice.
– Compliance with the company’s quality procedures
– Maintenance of properties

Candidates between ages 30 – 45 would suit the position, with experience in finishing trades (brickwork, plastering, ceilings and partitions) will definitely be an advantage
